How does upgrading or downgrading work?
You can upgrade at any time — it’s instant, and any unused portion of your current billing cycle is credited. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I reach my quote limit for the month?
Only the Starter plan has a monthly quote limit. If you hit that limit, you won’t be able to generate new quotes until your cycle resets. You can also upgrade to a higher plan at any time, where quotes are unlimited. See pricing for more info.
