Common Issue 1
Z-Axis issue when uploading a drawing into ToolBox
All Drawings Aren't As They Seem!
When you upload a drawing into ToolBox, the following error most commonly results from a Z-axis component that is not zero. The following CAD drawings appear to be normal when viewed from the top, however, when viewed from an isometric perspective, some entities are not on the zero point of the Z-axis:
Viewed from this image, the part appears to be quite a normal part with no noticeable issues.
Viewing the part in isometric shows it has depth even though it is not a solid model.
Sample
Again, this is a simple part that looks alright from top to bottom. In isometric view, one of the lines has a Z-axis component.

Work is being done to resolve this problem automatically within ToolBox, if the line is parallel to the XY plane but has a Z-axis component to it, it will be pushed to Z zero. If it is not parallel to the XY plane then by pushing it to 0 it may alter the shape of the part therefore ToolBox will leave un changed.

Another way of telling whether the part has a problem is to look at the geometry of the lines, in the above example you can see that Z is 0.
This is the problem line as you can see, Z is 10 millimetres
